Shipping & Returns

(a)   Upon receiving your online order placement, we will begin processing your order, i.e. parcel packing and arranging shipment only after verification for successful payment. We will ship out your order no later than two working days upon confirmation of payment received.
 
(b)   There may be occasions where shipments will be delayed due to technical or resource allocation problems, in which we will realign our shipping arrangements without prior notice to you. For urgent orders, please make note in your order form and we will do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you.
 
(c)   Should it happen that your order item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and the payment received will be held as credit to your account with us. You may utilise this amount for future re-order, or alternatively, you maywrite to us via email to request for refund. Any decision for refund is not automatic and we reserve full rights to make this decision based on our sole discretion.
 
(d)   We reserve the rights to decide on the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and weight of your goods.
 
(e)   We have outsourced our deliveries to our logistics partners such as Poslaju or Skynet to handle our shipments.As such, all shipments will be bound by the respective courier company’s Standard Conditions Of Carriage. While it is our aim for speedy and accurate delivery, you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any delays or errors in delivery.
 
(f)    A general logistics industry standard for deliveries would apply which is a maximum of 2 visits to the delivery address to get a recipient to receive the parcel. Beyond 2 visits, the recipient is liable for any additional charges that may be incurred for repeated delivery and wewill not be held liable for such additional fees.
 
(g)   Estimated delivery time frame for destinations within Peninsula Malaysia, to Sarawak or to Sabah will normally arrive within 1 to 2 weeks upon our shipping out of your ordered items. Since a slightly longer time frame will be needed for overseas destinations and actual delivery time frame may vary depending on the recipient’s destination country, for overseas delivery kindly email us at sales@mtbgadget.com for more information.
 
(h)   After shipping out your order items, a tracking number will be sent to the contact email address as given by you. You should receive this email within 1 working day after we acknowledge receipt of your payment. Otherwise, please contact us immediately.
 
(i)    With this tracking number, you may check for your shipment status either by contacting the courier company directly or via the courier company’s website. Not all courier company make available shipment status checking via their website, in which case you may need to call the customer service phone line at your own cost.
 
(j)    If the shipped items is being returned to us due to invalid address, nobody to accept or refused delivery, etc., we will not be responsible to arrange or absorb the re-shipment fees. We will inform you of such events and you will be required to top up the extra shipping fees to re-ship this order items.
 
(k)   All shipment charges do not include insurance coverage for shipments in transit and you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any risk of loss or damage to your purchased items. For any such case of risk of loss or damage, you must file such claims with the courier service designated.
 
(l)   Delivery may be delayed due to inspection by Custom Department in your respective countries, which is beyond our control. For overseas order, we are not responsible if the shipment order is held by your country's Custom Department, or being taxed by your country's custom. Please check with the relevant authorities of your countries for any custom laws and regulations to abide by or any taxes to pay.
 
(m)  You are strongly advised to inspect and check all shipments for any damages or errors to the items ordered before signing acceptance. Once acceptance is signed, you acknowledge that you have received all items in full, and all items are received in good conditions and free of errors. We will not be responsible thereafter and will not be eligible for any claims nor refunds.
 
(n)   We will try our best to arrange all order items in the same shipment, but however, there may be circumstances that we are unable to include all items in the same shipment. In such unavoidable event, we will have to send your order items in several shipments, and we will provide you with the full set of tracking numbers.
 
(o)   You agree that you will not hold us liable for any consequential loss or damage as a result of late delivery.
